Kelly and her husband, Arthur, are both from my hometown of Clinton, NJ, and were married just steps away from my house. The night before, while having dinner with my wife at a local restaurant, I ran into Arthur out with his friends for a pre-wedding celebration. I knew from the raucous laughter coming from his table that the next day was sure to be a party…. and they did not disappoint.
As a wedding photographer in the northeast I get to travel all over from Boston & New York City to Philadelphia and all the small towns in between. For once it was nice to be able to shoot a local wedding. Clinton, NJ is a historic town in Central New Jersey and even though the weather was terrible we made sure to get some shots of Kelly and Arthur in front of the famous Red Mill. The historic Red Mill In Clinton is known across the country is the most photographed spot in New Jersey and one of the top ten most photographed buildings in the U.S. We then took a quick drive over to the Basking Ridge Country Club for an all night dance party!
