NJ Engagement Photography – Courtney & Jason, Hackettstown, New Jersey

This is New Jersey? Really? Having once been on the giving end of the New Jersey bashing band wagon I feel the time has come to set the record straight…..New Jersey is an absolutely beautiful place. Every time I drive to a new location to photograph a wedding or an engagement session I take the time to look around and soak in everything that is around me.

After a wedding at the rustic Stockton Prallsville Inn (pics to come soon!) I woke up early Sunday to meet with Courtney & Jason in Hackettstown, NJ for a morning Engagement Session. Though only 30 min from Clinton, NJ the scenery is really quite differnt and we took all of it in including cornfields, wheatfields, forests, abandoned log cabins, rivers, barns, horses and even a backhoe!

John Cachero - Brad, as always, your shots are beautiful. What’s more amazing is the beauty of New Jersey you’ve captured. In specifically the shot of the couple in front of the tailgate of their truck… I would’ve never guessed that was New Jersey.

Inspiring, man.
